These Modern Player Plus Tele Pickguards are designed to work with Tele Modern Player Plus models only. It is important to note that Modern Player Plus guards will not work with Standard Tele, Tele Player or Tele Nashville styles. These guards feature a Modern Player Plus specific design and will not work with any models other than Tele Modern Player Plus.

Standard pickguards for the Tele Modern Player Plus feature a middle position standard Strat-sized Single pickup rout and neck position standard Tele-sized Single pickup rout. Strat and Tele sized pickups and pickguard routs are not interchangeable.

We offer many different pickguard colors and styles. Follow this link to see samples of our available colors and find more information about material styles.
*Standard styles are cut from multi-ply traditional pickguard materials. Unless specified, material layers may vary (impacts side edging color).
*Standard solid styles are cut from single-ply traditional pickguard materials and do not have the customary side stripe.
*Other styles are custom single-ply solid, specialized material without a side stripe. Some options in this color category feature a range of transparent, translucent, shimmer, sparkle, or reflective qualities. Contact us for details if these features are important to your project as the gradient varies between styles. Many of these materials are designed to vary in pattern, color, and style, providing unique outcomes for each project – expect variability.

If you are looking for a particular outcome or project color match, carefully consider your purchase as many of our material options are designed to provide unique project finishes and we cannot guarantee a specific look.

These items will not fit anything other than specifically noted compatible models. They will not work with non-standard components or systems and may not work with some pickup covers/styles. Items will not fit “Squier” “Deluxe” “Light” any Artist Series or Reissue, or anything else other than “Fender® Standard” model guitars in the years and configuration noted. Ask in advance and we are happy to provide fit/compatibility information or make special arrangements if possible.
