This Prewired P Bass Pickguard can be loaded with your choice of Dragonfire Standard, Phat, Vintage AlNiCo or Active P-Bass pickup styles. Check out the related items below to see more information about each pickup style.

These loaded guards come built onto a standard 13-Hole P-Bass pickguard in your choice of colors designed for US & MIM Standards. Master Volume and Master Tone controls are wired in along with a jack in the standard P-Bass layout. You also have the option to upgrade to CTS pots if desired. Standard, Phat and Vintage pickup styles come with a standard mono jack. Active pickup selection comes with a stereo jack and prewired battery clip. Guard mounting screws are included.

~~Installation~~
No instructions or diagrams are required or included. Your loaded guard will come with one loose black wire that should be grounded to your bridge. Take your time for installation; do not use power tools and do not over-tighten screws or other components. If additional information is required for installation, it will be provided with your shipment. If you have any questions, let us know prior to purchase or installation.

These guards will not fit anything other than specifically noted compatible models. They will not work with non-standard components or systems. Guards are not guaranteed to fit “Squiers” and will not fit “Deluxe” “Light” any Artist Series or Reissue, or anything else other than “Fender® Standard” model guitars in the years and configuration noted. Non-standard selections may require body modifications. Contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding fit.

Depending on your set-up, you may require adjustment. Ask in advance and we are happy to provide fit/compatibility information or make special arrangements if possible. Do not buy if you are unsure of your requirements, needs, or ability to make any required adjustments.
