~~Product Description~~
For this build, Dragonfire Brown Buckers provide the opportunity to “get some” in the best possible way and when paired with our Area 52 Single Coils, you can really find that late 70’s, early 80’s sound you crave. These pickups match up well to deliver big, brown sound while still rounding out the bottom end and delivering at the high end. Area 52 Single Coil Strat pickups feature the multifaceted benefits of Alnico 5 magnet performance for your Bass Strings and Alnico 2 performance for your Treble Strings. Together, this mixed set will allow for great play in almost every classic rock genre.

This loaded guard is prewired on a Humbucker-Single Standard Strat Pickguard cut for one humbucker at the bridge and one single coil at the neck. Our guards feature a shielded electronics area and are designed to fit USA & Mexican (2002 & Newer) Fender Standards. This build is available in many colors/styles with a variety of personalization and upgrade options. Your selections and any addition of effects or upgrades will determine ultimate layout/functionality and may, at our discretion, necessitate substitution of component styles depending on options chosen. Pot position options include (see the provided image):
*P1 – Position #1 – Standard Strat Volume Hole Position
*P1.5 – Position #1.5 – Slight Offset between P1 and P2
*P2 – Position #2 – Standard Strat Middle Tone Position
*P2.5 – Position #2.5 – Slight Offset between P2 & P3
*P3 – Position #3 – Standard Strat Bottom Tone Position
*P4 – Position #4 – Offset (additional routing may be required)

~~Installation Information~~
No diagrams are included. Your loaded guard will come with three open wires. Red is hot and is soldered to the tip of your jack. If you select a jack, this will be pre-done for you, so you’ll unsolder, feed the wires through your channel and resolder. Jacks work with standard cables only and jack sockets accept standard ¼” plugs. Both blacks are grounds. One is soldered to the jack sleeve and the other is grounded to your trem/bridge. If your selections require alternate installation, additional instructions will be included in your shipment.

Take your time for installation; do not use power tools and do not over-tighten screws or other components. Depending on your set-up, you may require adjustment. Ask in advance and we are happy to provide fit/compatibility information or make special arrangements if possible. Do not buy if you are unsure of your requirements, needs, or ability to make any required adjustments.

These guards will not fit anything other than specifically noted compatible models and will not work with non-standard components or systems. Guards are not guaranteed to fit “Squiers” and will not fit “Deluxe” “Light” any Artist Series or Reissue, or anything else other than “Fender® Standard” model guitars in the years and configuration noted. Non-standard selections may require body modifications.
