Contemporarily styled Dragonfire Covered Crusader humbuckers feature a distinctive appearance with an enclosed cover style and oversized hex-style poles. Crafted with three ceramic bar magnets for a wide magnetic field effect, Crusaders exceed expectations with high output for strong and steady playing execution. These pickups provide the heft and full coverage you need to slice through the mix and deliver rock-steady results. With hot wound responsiveness and a triple-magnet effect, Crusaders are an excellent choice for all things Rock and Metal. Also great for Hardcore, Punk, and much more, these dynamic pickups offer superb sound and presence in a variety of genres.

All 12 exposed hex poles on each pickup are adjustable for premium personalization options so you can experiment all you like with optimal versatility. Paired with the specialized magnet style featured in these humbuckers, this pole style definitely gives off a heavy duty feel and look as well as solid performance. With enhanced functionality and response for bends and pulls, you can capture more nuance and follow-through versus standard magnet and pole style combinations.

The covered styling on these Crusaders allows these poles to be prominently showcased for an in-your-face visual appeal. Please note that standard-sized covered humbucker pickups are not the same size as standard-sized uncovered humbucker pickups and typically require “square-corner” style routs if using a pickguard. ~~Installation Information~~
The included pickup wire color codes will let you know the hot, ground, and coil split wire colors for these 4-wire pickups. Basic instructions for a sample standard installation are included. Due to the vast and varied nature of possible components and set-up styles, we do not provide specific information or diagrams for installation. You should be able to use the basic information we provide to match up with any diagram or instructions you choose to use.

Installation requires soldering and compatible system. We provide enough pickup lead wire to complete installation wiring in standard usage situations.

These humbuckers are 4-wire so you can coil-split as well as add series-parallel or phase reverse functionality for expanded wiring and playing options. If you’d like to update your wiring and have us create a new wiring system for you, check out our Wiring Harnesses.
